What was your favorite class in school?
63My favorite course in College was Philosophy of Religion. It was fun and interesting the entire quarter. Of course what was funny about it was the way it started.
Our professor, a catholic nun, walks in and says "Prove God exists!". Well, as you can imagine, everyone had an idea about that and went about stating their proof.
The rest of the quarter was like world war three. Each day's discussion was more and more bizarre and we had to read books like "The Stranger" by ALbert, Camus. This book is not only depressing but it is so non-religous that it is almost funny.
But I will always remember Prof. Griswold because of this course, even though I only got a C.

Oh, well there's only one answer to that inquiry... "If God exists let Him strike me dead!" And then you'd stand up and make wild gesticulations like "bring it on!" OK, so maybe that's sacreligious... Religion and philosophy are interesting subjects though, all joking aside.
Religion is an important part of history. I just find it strange that people still believe in some imaginary being. I would have thought that with all the advancements we have made since the BC time, that people would have figured out that people invented God, not the other way around.
